📘 eBooks and Digital Products

• Non-Refundable:
  All eBook and digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
  Once a digital download is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Download Issues:
  If you face any issues accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact us at learn@buildotech.co.in, and we’ll assist you promptly.

 

📦 Physical Books

We ensure all physical products are quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right.

 

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The book is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

• You provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging as proof.

   Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is on our part.

• Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
